Are this blood types compatible for pregnancy

No problem there. if the situation were reversed, say you were (-) and he was (+), then you might have trouble if your baby was (+). But, a simple RhoGram shot would remedy that. I am negative and husband is positive, and we have one negative child and one positive child. They are healthy and strong! Good Luck!

it is going to depend on your baby is blood type. If your baby has a positive blood type then no complications, but if it is a negative blood type you will need a couple of injections through your pregnancy to ensure the safety of other viable pregnancies in the future it is not a big deal and will get found out with the first trimester screening. It is called the Rhesus factor.

You will be fine. My child is father is B+ and I am A- I had to get a RhoGam shot, you wo not as you're positive. Donating and creating blood (like with a baby) are totally different.
